With the advent of superior healthcare and medical facilities, the average lifespan of human beings has gone up meaning that people are living up to ages which makes them vulnerable to both physical and mental lifestyle diseases. The term active ageing is also used to describe this phenomenon and the aim is to accept older people in our society and to have the necessary safeguards which will make sure society is inclusive of them. It also includes educating people to make healthier lifestyle choices to prevent illnesses.
