The importance of foreplay and outercourse (Video)

What is outercourse? Outercourse refers to all forms of sexual acts except actual intercourse (penetration). Outercourse includes a lot of sexual acts which are essential to hit the female orgasm. These acts include kissing, foreplay, oral and anal sex and among other sexual acts. Studies have shown that 80% women don’t orgasm through intercourse alone and this is why outercourse comes into play. For women to hit the big O one part of the female anatomy that needs to be stimulated is the clitoris.
