It’s a wrong notion that pregnant women shouldn’t exercise. In fact, most doctors suggest some form of exercise or the other during pregnancy. Some of the best exercises while expecting are brisk walking and light jogging. Both of these activities give the benefits of exercise with little risk of overheating or dehydrating yourself. Another great workout while pregnant is swimming, a great form of cardio. Pilates or Yoga are also perfect exercises for pregnant women.
