If you do find you have bad breath, the best method is to maintain good oral hygiene and to check your gums and teeth for any bleeding or cavities. If you smoke or drink a lot of coffee, you need to be a bit more cautious of your oral odour. Good oral hygiene consists of brushing, flossing and using a good mouth wash. If practised regularly you are very unlikely to suffer from bad breath.
