i started smoikng at 15 and by 18 i was smoikng a pack a day minimum. i used to be really active and by 18 i was sleeping 20 hours a day and couldnt muster the energy to get food. i had to join the navy to save my own life and even after bootcamp where we were not allowed to smoke i lit back up. i finally did quit 5 years ago thanks to nicorette gum, running, and eating healthy but i still crave cigarettes every so often.
