This study also highlights the ugly truth of India: that we, the Indian people, have been denied safe roads, usable pavements, dedicated walking paths. Our government is irresponsible to the lives of Indians. They don’t care about PREVENTING disease. If in India you can earn wages, save for the future AND remain slim, healthy and fit then it is only thanks to God. The world’s largest democracy doesn’t guarantee the Right to Walk Safely. What a pity.

but kerala is a very good place.it is in india and really amazing.while i agree most of india is dusty and not comfortable weather,but kerala is better a bit!

I feel pity to see this here in Indian edition of health Magazine. Actually the study is conducted in Scotland and their weather and climate is far better than the dusty Indian villages and towns and climate in India goes extreme hot half of the year and it will make peoples becomes sweaty. So i totally disagree with this.
