Agreed with points on symptom due to obesity. There are various causes of obesity; taking food at wrong time, eating more than recommended (two or 3 times of day), taking water after meal; having junk food or western food; inadquate excercise; having unhealthy item like liquor, soft drinks, energy drinks, smoking; inadequate sleep or untime sleep (disturbing digestive system); finally; regular intake of allopathic medicine.

About 100 years back in India, 90% people were healthy and nowadays almost 90% are unhealthy. Obesity and luxury diseases like bp, diabetes, thyroid, cancer and many others are common now, due to uncommon food habits.

Recommended to follow indian food as followed by ancentor.
