      every you had meal did you ask yourself how much weight i am adding? there is no quick healthy measure to lose weight quickly. adding is faster but loosing is slower. have patience and eat less and include raw vegetables in your diet. do not overcook food. overcooking changes nutrients and helps add/deposit as fat
