Biography

She has dabbled in almost all forms of writing from poems to short stories, for college magazines, from leaflets to slogans and greeting cards. She started off as a professional copywriter in the ad world and later tried her hands at creating content for brochures, print ads, hoardings, storyboards, jingles, posters and direct mailers as well. She then took the online plunge and has been totally smitten ever since. Being in the online business gives her access to a plethora of knowledge and information and umpteen opportunities to read and write about her two favourite topics - travel & health. The hectic life of an advertising professional with sleepless nights, erratic eating habits and gruesome deadlines took a toll on her health and she has been on guard against unhealthy practise ever since. While earlier making healthy choices was a task, she gradually began to enjoy the process and now she is actually giving others advice on how to lead a healthy life. In fact her articles have convinced many of her friends to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
