Biography

Hema Subramanian holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and double Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as Psychology. She has been a counsellor and practising psychotherapist for over 6 years now. Her vast experience ranges from dealing with issues pertaining to relationships, parenting, career choices, skills affecting academics and self-concept. She has also conducted sessions on motivation, management and concrete thinking for teenagers. Besides this, she conducted sessions for teachers and parents to deal with issues faced by children. She has been associated with Institute for Psychotherapy and Management Sciences, Mumbai, Kherwadi Social Association, Mumbai and the Kendriya Vidyalaya group of schools in Mumbai. She has also been involved in corporate training. Her experience includes developing content and training frontline executives and junior staff on areas of customer service, effective selling skills, communication skills, time management, business writing, team building, and management skills. She has worked with the R.K. Wadhawan Institute for Universal Learning, Jogeshwari. She has travelled extensively, training for Sherwin Williams, India and has also trained for Bisleri, Onida, Godrej, InOrbit malls, Tata Telecom and Future Group.
